Terms of Service

Order Acceptance All orders placed through this site are subject to approval and final acceptance by KiCAR . We reserve the right to cancel any accepted or confirmed orders due to uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to labor disputes, material shortages, transportation delays, or restrictions imposed by law .

Pricing and Payments

Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Credit Terms: Credit card payments are available only at the time of purchase.

High-Value Orders: Orders exceeding $2,500.00 cannot be processed via credit card and must be paid through bank-guaranteed check, direct deposit, or wire transfer to our account.

Account Status & Liability

Past Due Accounts: Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly fee. If a credit card is used to pay a past-due account, a 2.6% finance charge applies.

Cancellations: Once an order has been processed by our team, it cannot be canceled.

Limitation of Liability: KiCAR and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer.

Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region .
