Shipping & Delivery Terms
Service Coverage KiCAR provides professional shipping services for all orders across all U.S. territories. We utilize reliable carriers to ensure your precision components reach you safely.
Delivery Timeline & Guarantee
Processing: Tracking information is typically provided once the order has been processed and cleared for shipment at our facility.
Guarantee: We officially guarantee delivery within 14–21 days from the date your payment is cleared.
B2B and Freight Terms For all B2B (Business-to-Business) orders, products are sold on an EXW (Ex Works) basis. The purchaser assumes responsibility and agrees to pay all freight and shipping charges pursuant to customer-specific freight policies.
Shipping Claims & Shortages
Transit Damage: For any shortages or damages incurred strictly during transit, you must notify the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim directly with them.
Transfer of Responsibility: KiCAR’s legal responsibility for the delivery of goods is completed once the Bill of Lading is signed by the carrier at our warehouse.
Reporting Shortages: Any other shortages, overages, or damaged merchandise not related to the carrier must be reported to our team within 7 days following receipt of the shipment.
Governing Law These shipping terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region .
