Refund & Quality Guarantee
No Returns / No Exchanges Policy At KiCAR, we maintain a strict "No Returns and No Exchanges" policy. Due to the limited nature of our studio releases and the precision of our components, all sales are considered final once an order is delivered . We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, including change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, installation errors, or normal wear and tear .
Defective or Damaged Products
We stand behind the engineering of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged during initial handling before shipping, the following protocol applies:
Reporting Period: You must contact KiCAR support within 7 days of the delivery date as marked by the carrier .
Evidence Required: To process a claim, clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage is mandatory.
Resolution: Once the quality issue is verified by our studio, we will provide a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis .
Important Note: To streamline the process for our international customers, no physical returns are required, and we do not provide replacement units . A refund is the exclusive resolution for verified quality issues.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region .
