STUDIO — KiCAR
DESIGN FIRST. SCALE SECOND. COMPROMISE NEVER.
KiCAR is an independent design studio dedicated to the architecture of the 1:64 scale world. We don’t just manufacture parts; we engineer systems.
Born from a simple belief that a miniature should be designed with the same respect as its full-scale counterpart, our studio focuses on the "hidden" details—the elements that turn a shelf of models into a living narrative.
THE SYSTEM
We believe in Modular Logic. Every KiCAR project—from a specialized show box to a 3mm utility bag—is developed as a unit-based block. This allows the collector to visualize and build a cohesive, high-fidelity world, one perfect unit at a time.
A single design at KiCAR can undergo over 150 hours of digital iteration and structural refinement before it earns our mark. If a surface lacks tension, we rebuild it. If a proportion feels off, we scrap it. At this scale, there is no room for "good enough."
OUR FOCUS: THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE SCENE
KiCAR produces very few finished model cars. Instead, we dedicate our engineering to the professional-grade components that define the culture:
PRECISION WHEEL SYSTEMS: Independent engineering projects focused on rotational accuracy and the perfect stance.
NARRATIVE ACCESSORIES: Ultra-detailed scale figures, miniature gear, and reality sense that provide the human element to a machine-centric world.
ENGINEERING GK KITS: High-tenacity resin canvases for the master builder who demands 0.01mm tolerances.
THE SHOW BOX: A custom-engineered display environment designed to frame and protect your collection with museum-grade precision.
And more.
THE EDIT
KiCAR is built for the Hardcore. The modders, the macro-photographers, and the collectors who value craftsmanship over logos. Our releases are intentionally limited—not to create artificial hype, but to preserve the integrity of our studio output.
We believe scarcity is a natural byproduct of doing things properly.
KiCAR is for those who slow down, look closer, and appreciate what most people miss.
